We have been making this recipe almost every week since September when we first received our PALEO COMFORT FOODS recipe book. This is our favorite breakfast treat and my 6 year old has it almost every day with our new favorite almond butter BARNEY BUTTER, and blueberries. There are so many Omega-3 rich eggs in this recipe I can hardly feel bad about giving her “pancakes” for breakfast.
My family loved the Everyday Paleo recipe for Egg Cupcakes, although they said they will be calling them Egg Muffins, as cupcakes have frosting! This recipe is in Sarah Frogoso’s new book and I have taken her advice and made extra for snacks. They pack well in a cooler and the kids can eat them directly from the container…..pop and go! I have a feeling my hubby will be taking them to work with him in the mornings as well. (more…)

I made Everydaypaleo’s Paleo Apple Muffins yesterday and they were a hit with the kid, the hubby and the neighbor . The recipe made 18 and there is currently one left (not for long!). They are great alone but extra special with butter with your morning coffee. The recipe is very versatile. (more…)
We all love a recipe we can put in the crock pot early in the day and have a delicious dinner ready with no fuss. This pork recipe is great served as a lettuce taco or on a plate. It makes a lot of meat which can be used in other dishes later in the week, heated up as leftovers, or frozen for later use. We serve ours with the Avocado Radish Salsa but there are so many options with this versatile dish! (more…)
