Crispy Baked Okra

We recently had this okra for the first time and it will become a staple on our menu.CRISPY BAKED OKRA

About 20 pieces of okra cut into bike sized pieces (makes about 3 cups after cut)

or one bag of frozen okra

4 tbsp olive oil

Sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste

Put okra on cookie sheet, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.  Bake 375 until crispy.  Watch it closely, as it will burn easily.
