Smoothie

What’s for breakfast?

Coconut milk smoothies are a great way to get kids away from the sweet cereal bowl and onto something more nutritious.  Using frozen mixed fruit and berries you can create a smoothie in the blender in no time.In a blender add 3-5 cups of  unsweetened So Delicious coconut milk beverage or 1 can of coconut milk + 1 cup water, along with with frozen strawberries, mango, blueberries, and a banana – or any other fruit combo that sounds good!

You can add a tablespoon of coconut oil directly to the smoothie in the blender for added fat which will help keep them full until lunch.

Serve with a boiled egg or breakfast meat and maybe some sliced avocado.  Keep it interesting!
